Refund Policy

At Pavami, we provide digital products that are delivered instantly after payment is completed.

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and non‑refundable once the product has been delivered to the customer. The liability of the top-up transaction ends once the virtual points are credited to the user’s account

Non‑Refundable Digital Products

A purchase is considered completed and non‑refundable once:

- The digital product has been sent

- The service has been activated

- A download link has been provided

- The product appears inside the customer’s account

Cases Eligible for Review

Refund requests may only be considered in the following situations:

- Duplicate payment for the same product

- The customer did not receive the product due to a verified technical issue

- The wrong product was delivered by mistake

In such cases, customers must contact us within 24 hours of purchase.
